Teresa R: My name is Teresa and i'm 18 and was born and raised in Los Angeles ,CA. I'm here to talk to you about the Dream Act and it's progressions to it's final glory. there is many controversy whether this Act is fair or not. I do believe it's fair because many of illegal immigrants come at a very young age and work very hard at an education and make no harm to other but they don't have the chance to further their education beyond High School, when they should have that chance.
